PURPOSE:To improve the storing performance and to realize the common use of a power supply for a video buffer device by attaching directly a branch input device to a video processing unit in freely attachably and detachably. CONSTITUTION:A video buffer device 1A consists of a video processing unit VPU 2 and a branch input device 4A. The device 4A is attached to the VPU 2 in freely attachably and detachably via a screw 8. The various types of devices 4A are available for the connection between the output terminal of a host computer 5 and the input terminal of the VPU 2 in the case the direct connection is impossible between these two terminals. The power supply of the device 4A is directly supplied from the VPU 2. Thus the installing space is omitted for the device 4A and therefore the storing performance is improved together with the common use of a power supply attained for the device 1A. |
