A printable thick film conductor compsn. consists of 60-99 wt.% finely divided noble metal particles and 40-1 wt.% inorganic binder composed of finely divided glass of formula Bi4Si3-xGexO12 (where X= 0-3) containing 0-100 pph Pbo, 0-100 pph Bi2O3 and 4-100 pph ZnO mixed and dispessed in an organic medium which cleanly burns at 400- 450 deg.C.
