On the other hand, an output from the processing stage 6 is inputted to a maximum sample locator 9, the prescribed number of sampling points of maximum amplitude is inputted from the locator 9 to the locator 10, a corresponding peak position in the correlation function of high resolution is determined by using the coordinates of these inputs and a moving vector is selected by a vector limiter 11 and outputted from an output terminal 12.
