PURPOSE: To control a vibratory device according to a characteristic value of sand by incorporating an exciting means which supports a flask on a table and exerts a vibrating force on the table, a setting means of a moving characteristic of sand, a detecting means of the characteristic of sand and a control means which links with these means. CONSTITUTION: A flask F is supported with three pedestals 32 on a vibrating table 28. A pattern P and sand are housed within the flask F. A control system of the vibratory device, having the table provided with an exciter 36 which exerts the vibrating force on the table in order to move sand within the flask F, is provided. Above described exciting means is controlled in response to the setting means which sets the characteristic of the operation of sand within the flask, the detecting means which detects the characteristic of sand, and desired operational characteristic and an actual operational characteristic for controlling the movement of sand. For this purpose, the control system consisting of the exciting means, the setting means and the setting means connected to the detecting means is constituted. Thus, the control system, wherein the vibratory device is controlled according to the characteristic value on the movement of sand, is provided. |
