The damper (13) for torsional oscillations, for instance in a vehicle, has at least two rotationally-mounted flywheel sectionsa (3,4) which are directly or indirectly connected to an engine and a gear by means of a coupling, especially friction coupling. A flanged piece (41a,b,c) consists of at least two rotary parts turning axially with arms protruding radially into differnt stop-pieces. USE/ADVANTAGE - The damper has at least one imput and one output part which rotate.
