<p>PURPOSE:To regenerate soybeans by transplanting an immature embryo of soybean Glycine max (L) merrill in a medium containing inorganic salts, phytohormones, etc., and subculturing in a medium having high phytohormone concentration, thereby ripening the indefinite embryo. CONSTITUTION:The objective soybean plant is regenerated by transplanting an immature embryo of soybean glycine max (L) merrill in a medium containing (A) inorganic salts of Murashige-Skoog medium, etc., (B) vitamins of Murashige- Skoog medium, etc., (C) sugars and (D) 0.5-3mg/l of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid as phytohormone and subculturing the embryo in a medium containing a phytohormone at a concentration of <=20mg/l and higher than the concentration of the component D.</p> |
