<p>PURPOSE: To speedily and securely connect truss structural elements by forming a through hole for bolt connection member as a thin and long hole and forming long axes of the thin and long holes to be overlapped each other in both flange parts at a specific angle with respect to each other. CONSTITUTION: A flanged joint has two connection elements 1, 1a formed as welded flange, and they are welded on girders 2, 2a of a truss structure. A flange part 3 has thin and long holes for bolt connection part 6 on both sides of a web 5, all the holes face the same direction, and a long axis 8 of an inclined thin and long hole 7 formsα=45 deg. for a peripheral side face 9 of the flange part 3. Since central axes 10 of both girders 2, 2a are at a concentric position with respect to each other, long axes 8, 8a cross at the center of the thin and long hole 7. The thin and long holes 7 can travel mutually in every direction by at least a size of E so that passing through of the bolt connection member 6 is guaranteed.</p> |
