PURPOSE:To prevent an irregularly impregnated layer from forming on the backing layer of a seat cover and to manufacture a skin integral foamed seat having excellent surface contact feeling by clamping the end of the cover to a lower mold, pouring foamable material liquid from a mixing head inserted into an opening formed at the part of the lower mold and integrally foam molding it to pour the liquid from the head inserted from the opening of the lower mold in the mold. CONSTITUTION:A mixing head 9 is inserted into an opening 10 formed at the part of a lower mold 3, foamable material liquid 11 of polyurethane of the mixture of polyol and isocyanate is, for example, extruded by a piston 12 in the head 9 to be poured in the mold. Thereafter, when the poured liquid 11 is foamed to be integrally foamably molded, a skin integral foamed seat can be obtained. Thus, the liquid 11 is supplied from the side of the mold 3 into the mold, and integrated with a seat cover 5 at the stage of foaming. Thus, there is no apprehension of forming an irregularly impregnated layer at the backing layer 7 of the cover 5 different from a method of directly pouring the liquid 11 in the inner face of the cover like a conventional one. Accordingly, the cover having excellent surface contact feeling can be manufactured. |
