PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized detector convenient to carry and easy to perform measuring operations, by constituting so that a light emitting part and a photodetecting part are arranged monolithically and periodically. CONSTITUTION:Plural rectangular light emitting parts 11 and plural rectangular photodetecting parts 12, are arranged alternately and a space filter wherein the parts 11 and 12 are united to one body is formed by this arrangement. Light irradiated from the part 11 is scattered on the surface of a moving body which is moved parallelly opposite to the surface of a space filter detector 10 and this scattered light is made incident to the part 12. |
