Method and device for the continuous production of multilayer circuits

The invention relates to a method for the continuous production of multilayer circuits, in the case of which method a layer structure of multilayer laminate webs or multilayer laminates with prepreg webs is compressed in a twin-belt press to form a web of multilayer circuits, and in the case of which method the multilayer laminate web or multilayer laminates have fixing holes which are incorporated at the edges at regular intervals. Individual projections, which correspond to the fixing holes, are inserted into the fixing holes in the first multilayer laminate web or first multilayer laminate, and the further multilayer laminates or multilayer laminate webs are placed onto these projections so that the corresponding projections engage in the fixing holes in these further multilayer laminates or multilayer laminate webs and hold them fixed one above the other such that they are precisely fitted. The device which implements this method consists of a feed device for the individual corresponding projections into the fixing holes. The feed device is arranged in the vicinity of the unwinding roller for the first multilayer laminate web or in the vicinity of the laying device for the first multilayer laminate. The unwinding devices for the further multilayer laminate webs or the laying devices for the further multilayer laminates are arranged between the feed device and the twin-belt press.
