Overlying solar window

The "classic window" is, in terms of heat, the weakest member in a house. In order to eliminate this weakness, a glass casing is provided over the house window. Diffuse daylight and/or insolation result/results in the formation, within the glass casing, of a heat cushion which prevents heat losses at the house window and contributes to the heating of the rooms. Over-heating in the summer is solved by openings which can be pivoted open. Protection against insolation into the rooms is achieved by built-in roller sunblinds, Venetian blinds or light-tight blinds.
