The invention relates to the internal lining of a transporting container for special waste. Depending on the damage event, special waste usually has to be removed or picked up very quickly and in relatively large amounts in an environmentally friendly manner and may also be subject to intermediate storage. Specific vessels or containers for special waste can only be stored in sufficient numbers or procured quickly and adequately for requirements in very few cases. The internal covering according to the invention which, as a lining of a transporting container, surrounds the entire interior thereof in a positive-locking and sealing manner thus allows any ordinary transporting container to become a transporting container for special waste. The internal covering according to the invention is adapted, for example, to standardised and commercially available transporting containers and can thus be stored in the most common sizes by any transporting company, by community institutions or the fire-fighting service in sufficient quantities.
