The apparatus is comprised of a detection pad or filler (2) made of flexible material and so conformed that a local depression caused by a nodule (N) sets an alarm. The detection pad (2) has two conducting surfaces (3, 4) separated from each other by the flexible material (5) for example foam, and of which the contact resulting from the local depression sets the alarm.
