<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the fatigue of a fragile coupling piece due to a repetitive load by connecting a rotary ring fitted to the first pipe coupler via an elastic member to the second pipe couple a a fragile hooking piece. CONSTITUTION:When the shock pressure is applied to the fluid in hoses A nd B by the automatic closure of an automatic closure nozzle or the liquid pressure quickly rises at the time of a pump start and a force to separate the hoses A and B is applied, an O-ring 7 is elastically deformed nd absorbs and mitigates this force, thus the force is rarely applied to shear pins 8 and 8 as a repetitive load. When an external force with the preset value or above which can not be absorbed by the elastic deformation of the O-ring 7 is applied to the hose B, the shear pins 8 and 8 are cut off by a rotary ring 4, a safety pipe coupler is separated into the first and second pipe couplers 1 and 10, and the external force with the preset value or above is prevented from being applied to the hoses A and B.</p> |
