PURPOSE:To completely prevent a suturing line from forming in a zigzag state due to foaming pressure by thermally pressure molding a seat cover from its rear face to densify thermoplastic foamable material, then pouring foamable material liquid on the surface, and integrally foam molding it. CONSTITUTION:After a pressing mold 6 is removed, an intermediate mold 7 and an upper mold 8 are moved down toward a lower mold 1, the end of a seat cover 2 is clamped, foamable material liquid 10 of polyurethane is poured from the opening 9 of the mold 8 in a state that the cover is so set as to become a seat shape, and integrally foam molded. In this case, the foaming pressure is operated in the mold, but densified thermoplastic foamable material 5 on the surface of the cover 2 prevents the suturing line of the cover 2 from forming in a zigzag state. |
