PURPOSE:To enable execution of measurement without a non-sensing time by providing a means to integrate a pulse-shaped output signal, a means to differentiate this output signal, an input switching means, a voltage detecting means and an output switching means to switch over an output of the differentiating means. CONSTITUTION:A detector 1 outputs a pulse having a wave height proportional to the energy of a photon of an incident radiation. Analog switches 10 and 16 are opened and closed by outputs of flip-flops 15 and 21, and outputs thereof are supplied to charged-type amplifiers 11 and 17 respectively. Output signals of the amplifiers 11 and 17 are given to voltage detecting circuits 13, 14, 19 and 20 and differentiating circuits 12 and 18 respectively. Outputs of the circuits 12 and 18 are switched over by a switching circuit 24 and outputted. According to this constitution, measurement of the radiation without a non-sensing time can be executed.
