Hermetically sealed motor-compressor unit for domestic refrigerator - has seatings fitted to projections at opposite ends of motor support

The motor/compressor unit incorporates a spring mounting for the motor provided by a motor support (1) which has opposing projections (4) at its ends received by respective seatings. These are made of a non-metallic material with a high internal damping characteristic and fitted into their ends to the inside wall of the encapsulation housing (2). Pref. each of the projections (4) has assoicated torsion springs for supporting the motor/compressor unit. ADVANTAGE - Allows automised assembly.
