PURPOSE: To achieve microscopic test by forming a sample sampling pipe and a slider for microscope in one piece and hence performing the centrifugal separation of an initial sample solution successively without shifting a member for testing to another experiment device and analyzing a precipitate. CONSTITUTION: A transparent tubular container part 12 forms a flat rear surface 18 that is extended over a total length and is divided into a cylindrical part 24 in slightly taper shape and a gap part 26 whose gap is gradually reduced. The gap part 26 is curved toward the inside in diameter direction up to an upper surface 30 of a slider part 14, thus displacing the lens storage device of a microscope. With the slider part 14 that is connected smoothly to the gap part 26 at a boundary part 16, upper and bottom surfaces 30 and 32 are arranged in parallel and a chamber 34 where a terminal part 36 is closed is formed thinly. The bottom part 32 matches a normal slider, the upper surface 30 matches a protection piece for slider, and the chamber 34 includes a sample inside. A pair of side grooves are extended to the terminal part 36 along both sides of the chamber 34, thus playing an important role in preparing the slider for sample automatically. |
