PURPOSE:To manufacture an anti-skid implement for a tire by extending the position of a core material while identify whether or not the position of the core material is at the predetermined position of a covering material to form an unvulcanized net of no exposed state of the core material, and vulcanization molding the net in a press mold. CONSTITUTION:Gauze forming grooves 12 having intersections 11 for forming the gauze of a net are formed on a molding base 10. A net forming material 13 is engaged within the grooves 12 to be extended. In this case, it is extended while confirming whether the position of a core material 14 is disposed at a predetermined position of substantially center of the grooves 12 or not. A covering material 16 is filled in a part except the intersections 11, the material 13 and the material 16 are extended in the grooves 12, pressed to be buried in the grooves 12. Then, a net 18 of unvulcanized state having many gauzes is formed. The net 18 is mounted in a press lower mold 20 having pressing grooves 19 of a shape coincident with the grooves 12, and an anti-skid implement 22 having the material 14 substantially at the center, not exposed and not deviated is vulcanization molded by clamping press molds 21 to be integrally molded. |
