So that the platform 22 of an elevating loading platform of a lorry is brought into the stop position relative to the end profile 16 of the loading floor 13 with a reduced stopping noise, a number of rubber buffers 51 are fitted to the underside of the end profile 16, and the lifting arms 28, 29 of the elevating loading platform bump against these buffers.
