<p>The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a hydrophilic active compound treated by an organic acid so as to yield a conjugation with the hydrophilic active compound, and encapsulated in a liposome. The invention also relates to a method for producing said composition as well as to its utilization by various processes. Due to the self-regulating release of the product, its clinical utilization is particularly interesting, essentially in ophtalmology.</p> |
