<p>The invention relates to a method for treating water using in combination on the one hand the treatment by hydrodynamic cavitation, and on the other hand, the photonic reactivation treatment. This method allows to obtain a biological sane water charged with electromagnetic energy susceptible of being used in the treatment of living beings or inert substrates. The device is comprised of a vat (1) including at least one hydrodynamic injector (5) for priming and sustaining the cavitation treatment. The water thus cavitated is sent to a photonic reactivation vat (VI) provided with at least one photonic emission tube (I) of the rare gas type. The water may then be used particularly in therapeutic applications on living substrates or inert substrates.</p> |
