PURPOSE: To easily and cost effectively obtain a tubular package casting by forming a tube of a specific reinforcing material and bonding its edges, then coating this tube with viscous and further, converting this viscous into regenerated cellulose. CONSTITUTION: The web-like reinforcing material consisting of a fibrous sheet- like structure is bent and the tube having the edges overlapped in its axial line direction is formed. The edges are bonded to each other. The inner side and/or outer side of such tubular sheet-like structural body is then coated and impregnated with the viscous of the weight as small as the texture of the fibrous sheet-like structural body is visible through the outer side of the final package casing. The tube coated with the viscous is thereafter treated with an acidic settling soln. to convert the viscous into the regenerated cellulose, by which the casing is obtd. |
