摘要 PURPOSE:To make clamping force to be distributed to the parts of a mold mounting face uniform by regulating both parallelism between flat faces of the mold mounting face of a stationary platen and a time bar nut front face at a rear platen side and a parallelism between mold mounting faces of the stationary platen and a movably platen to allowably ranges. CONSTITUTION:A jig is slid while bringing a pickup unit into contact with a mold mounting face P1 to measure a parallelism at parts, the parallelism is regulated from the state that a movably platen 6 is disposed at a mold touching position, and the parallelism between the mold mounting faces of a stationary platen 3 and platen 6 is regulated in an allowably range. Accordingly, since the parallelism of the mold mounting face P1 of the reference platen 3 to the face P3 of a rear platen 4 and the parallelism of the mold mounting face P2 of the platen 6 are regulated in allowably ranges to be parallel, a clamper axis (s) coincides with a clamping force operating line (f), and the clamping force is uniformly distributed to the parts of the faces P1, P2 of the platens 6, 3 at the time of clamping.
