KANA PICK-UP EXAMINATION APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To perform the self-diagnosis of the treatment effect of a degree of dementia by detecting the characters picked up by an examinee by a digitizer and judging a right answer on the basis of the comparison of the detection result with the examination text preliminarily registered to automatically totalize examination data. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 11 executes various operations or orders and a memory 12 stores the examination text and an operation result. An examinee extracts the indicated characters from the sentence of the paper 6 placed on a digitizer 4 by a stylus pen 7 and the coordinate signals of the picked-up characters are outputted from the digitizer 4 to be saved in the memory 12. The saved coordinate signals are compared with the characters of the examination text stored in the memory 12. By this comparison, the number of right answers and the number of wrong answers are counted and a pick-up speed is also operated. These results are displayed on a CRT 3 and printed by a printer 5 to be outputted.
