Plate shears

The plate shears contain a fixed bottom blade (5) fastened in the frame (1) and a movable top blade (6) fastened in a blade carrier (2) which is mounted on the eccentric pin of the eccentric shaft (3) mounted in the frame (1). The eccentric shaft (3) has a drive and a rocking lever (4) which is linked with one end to the frame (1) and with the other end to the blade carrier (2). <IMAGE>
