摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a light emitting device and save the power consumption and cost by a method wherein high reflectance resin is applied partially to an inner resin part surface and reflected lights from the resin coated parts are detected by a photodetector. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting device 1 and a photodetector 2 are molded with light transmitting resin by transfer molding to form an inner resin part 5. White epoxy resin coating material mixed with titanium oxide or magnesium oxide is applied partially to the surface of the inner resin part 5 to form reflective films 7. The inner resin part 5 to which the reflective films 7 are applied is molded with black light non-transmitting resin by transfer molding to form an outer resin part 6. As the high reflectance films 7 are formed between the inner resin part 5 and the outer resin part 6 and lights from the light emitting device 1 enter the photodetector 2 also through the reflective films, a signal transmission efficiency can be improved, the size of the light emitting device can be reduced and the power consumption and cost can be saved.</p>
