PURPOSE:To eliminate the damage of a semiconductor element and a capacitor even if an induced voltage is high controlling the rotating direction of a motor by the signal from the comparator to be reverse to the rotating direction before the signal from the comparator is input. CONSTITUTION:When a motor is rotated counterclockwise if a rotating direction signal CW is input to the input terminal 619 of a drive logic circuit 60 so that the motor is rotated clockwise, an induced voltage is generated. The induced voltage is applied between output terminals 205 and 206, superposed with a DC voltage Vcd, and a signal AS is input to the input terminal 801 of an EXOR circuit 80 from a comparator 70. Then, the exclusive OR of the signal CW is taken, and a normal/reverse rotation signal WR is input to an input terminal 691. The rotating direction of the motor becomes counterclockwise from the clockwise by a command from the logic circuit 60 to eliminate the induced voltage. |
