PURPOSE:To detect damage on a core caused by a lead-out cutter during cutting/lead-out process of wire by isolating the lead-out cutter and the wire cutter electrically. CONSTITUTION:Insulators 14, 14 are fixed in gaps formed at cassettes 12, 12 side between wire cutters 11, 11 and the cassettes 12, 12 as shown on the drawing, where the wire cutters 11, 11 are made movable vertically in the drawing with respect to the insulators 14, 14. Lead-out cutters 11, 11 are isolated electrically from the wire cutters 11, 11 through the insulators 14, 14. Since the magnitude of current flowing through the circuit differs considerably between the case where the lead-out cutters 2, 2 contact with a core 1a and the case where they do not contact with the core 1a, damage on the core 1a caused by the lead-out cutters 2, 2 can be detected reliably. |
