PURPOSE:To satisfactorily enter page numbers even when sheets are fed for copying in decreasing order by automatically counting or operating the total number of documents to be copied and entering page numbers based on the total number of the documents. CONSTITUTION:A CPU clears the copying number counter of a RAM, and a first document is fed to a contact glass 12 by a circulating document feeder (RDH)11 to copy one document and the copying number counter is incremented. Then, the copying operation is continued until a count value of the copying number counter reaches the copying number set in a step memory area. The count value (n) of a page display counter is displayed on a page number display 23, and a last page number (n) of the documents is entered on a copying sheet. Therefore, page data can be entered based on the total number of documents. |
