In order, in the case of a device for exposing light-sensitive layers provided on supports, especially photoresistant layers arranged on electrical printed circuit boards, having an exposure chamber with at least one light source and having an image information carrier containing the image information to be transferred to the photoresist layer during the exposure process, to enable the image information to be transferred more economically onto the supports coated with light-sensitive layers, it is proposed that the image information carrier comprises a multiplicity of discrete elements, which can be transferred individually and independently of one another in a controllable and reversable fashion from a first into a second state by means of a signal of a switching device, and that the elements enable exposure of the particular corresponding areal components of the light-sensitive layers, in the first state, and prevent exposure, in the second state. <IMAGE> |
