PURPOSE: To efficiently perform assembly and adjustment of a window by making the hardening time of adhesives for bonding a relative part to the window and the hardening time of adhesives for bonding the window to a window opening frame different from each other, and bonding the window bonded to which the relative part is previously bonded to the window opening frame. CONSTITUTION: A molded strip 3 formed of an elastic material is arranged on the peripheral edge 2 of a window 1 in an automobile. The molded strip 3 has a hose-like section 4, and the section 4 fills a clearance between the peripheral edge of the window 1 and a facing flange 5 of the window opening frame. In this case, when the molded strip 3 is bonded to the window 4, a plurality of channel-shaped molding adhesive ribbons 12 and assembling adhesive ribbons 15 are used. The hardening time of the molding adhesive ribbon 12 is set to the short time, while, the hardening time of the assembling adhesive ribbon 15 is set to the long time. Therefore, the window 1 is bonded to the facing flange 5 after the molded strip 3 is previously bonded to the window 1. |
