PURPOSE:To make a wiring lifetime long and expand the degree of freedom of a circuit design after relieving the limitation on fan-out by providing a plurality of pieces of output points of a unit circuit according to the load of the unit and distributing circuit load uniformly to a plurality of the output points. CONSTITUTION:The first wiring layer 2 is installed in a basic gate 1 which is disposed in a matrix form and the second wiring layer 3 is installed at the lower layer of the first wiring 2 after intersecting at right angles to the first wiring 2 and then, it is constructed that an interval between the first and second wiring layers 2 and 3 are connected with a through hole 4. In this way, a plurality of pieces of output points are provided according to load applied to circuit output. This approach effectively brings about the extension of a wiring lifetime or relieves the lifetime of operating frequency of a circuit and then, the degree of freedom of a circuit design is improved by relieving the limitation on fan-out. |
