PURPOSE:To convert a signal having amplitude between a potential power source and ground potential to the signal having the amplitude between a negative potential power source and the ground potential and output it to an output terminal by setting the output terminal as the drain of a P-channel MOSFET. CONSTITUTION:When a low level is outputted to the output terminal 1 of a circuit A, the P-channel MOSFET 2 is turned on. No current flows in a conversion part since an N-channel MOSFET 4 is turned off. At this time, potential at the input terminal 5 of a circuit B rises to VCC in a moment by the PMOS 2. Next, when a high level is outputted to the output terminal 1 of the circuit A, the NMOS 4 is turned on. At this time, the current flows between the PMOS 2 and the NMOS 4 since the PMOS 2 is turned on, and potential difference of NXVF is generated at a diode group 3. Therefore, since the potential at the input terminal 5 of the circuit B goes to VEE+NXVF, it is possible to set the low level of the input terminal 5 of the circuit B equal to the potential of GND by adjusting the number N of steps. |
