摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the stability and the oscillating efficiency of a laser apparatus by making the ratio of intensity of green light to that of yellow light constant at the optimum value based on the output signals of power meters which measure the intensity of the laser light, the green light and the yellow light from a copper-vapor laser oscillator. CONSTITUTION:Laser light 101 from a copper-vapor laser oscillator 15 is detected with a power meter 20 for laser light through a beam splitter 19. Yellow light 103 in the laser light transmitted through a mirror 16 is inputted into a power meter 21 and measured. Green light 102 reflected from the mirror 16 is inputted into a power meter 23 and measured. A control device 24 receives the output signals from the power meters 20, 21 and 23 and controls a high voltage power source 11, a buffer-gas feeding part 12 and an evacuating part 13. The control is performed so that the ratio of the intensity of green light to that of the yellow light in the laser light 101 is made constant at the optimum value. In this way, the yellow component in the excited light is decreased, and the oscillating efficiency is improved.
