PURPOSE:To form a hole accurately at the place of a reference mark and to omit jigs and tools for spot facing by forming holes for inserting drill guide pin in an inner core material, an outer layer material and a prepreg before a laminating step. CONSTITUTION:A drill-guide-pin inserting hole 3 is provided at the place of a drill-guide-pin reference mark of an inner core material 1. The hole part is masked with heat resisting adhesive tape 4 such as Teflon. A prepreg 5 and an outer layer material 6 wherein holes are provided at pin inserting places beforehand are laminated on the core material 1 wherein said hole is provided. The holes in the prepreg 5 and the outer layer material 6 are made larger than the inserting hole 3. After the lamination, the tape 4 is peeled. A drill guide pin is inserted, and the formation of the hole is performed. In this way, the hole can be provided accurately at the place of the reference mark. Jigs and tools for spot facing for exposing the reference mark can be omitted. |
