USE:Having a platelet aggregation inhibition effect and useful as an intermediate for synthesis of isocarbacyclin useful as a medicine. PREPARATION:A compound of formula II [R<41> and R<51> are tri(1-7C) hydrocarbonsilyl, etc.] is halogenated and subjected to a reaction for removal of a protective group as necessary to provide a compound of formula I.</p> |
