<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the objective gloves having uniform and thin coating layer and comfortable to wear by forming an oil-repellent layer on the outer surface of a glove body made of a knit fabric knit with specific stitch spacings, applying a lipophilic composition to the finger web part, spraying a resin paste and curing the resin. CONSTITUTION:A glove body 1 is made of a knit fabric 1 having the gap between fiber yarns 1'a smaller than 1.5 times the thickness of said fiber yarn 1'a. The outer surface of the glove body 1 is treated with an oil-repellent to form an oil-repellent layer (a). A lipophilic composition is applied to the finger- web part 1a and a resin paste is sprayed or dripped to the glove body 1 without applying pressure. The resin is cured to form a flexible coating film 2 on the outer surface of the glove body 1 and obtain the objective glove A. Fluffs 1'b protruding from the fiber yarn 1'a are held with the above two coating layers. The coating layers are firmly bonded to the glove body 1 and the obtained gloves are durable for the use over a long period.</p> |
