PURPOSE:To exactly and surely detect a liquid level by providing a black member on the back, and thereafter, radiating a transmission light beam to a bottle, and providing a camera on the lower part than the extension of a liquid level of the bottle, and also, upwards by prescribed angle. CONSTITUTION:In an image of a bottle at the time of photographing the bottle 10 by using a camera 14, an inspection of a liquid level is executed by counting a black picture element of a W part shown in the figure. In case of a figure A in which there are many parts of a reference window W part, it is shown that the liquid level in the bottle is high. Also, when the black part of the reference window part is as shown in a figure B, a reference liquid level is shown, and when the black part of the W part is small as shown in a figure C, it is shown that the liquid level is low. In such a case, at the time of setting an image by the camera 14 to an optimum state for detecting the liquid level in the bottle 10, it can be executed by adjusting in advance height of a light source 12, and an upward angle theta of the camera 14 for height of a black member 11. |
