PURPOSE:To generate a similar program source code repeatedly corresponding to program specification without describing the same program source code on program components for several times successively by providing a program specification extraction part, etc. CONSTITUTION:In the automatic generation of a program, the fetching and the analysis of a program component required for the generation are performed via a program component fetching part 17 and a generating part 18, and when a generation rule on which no program specification is applied exists, specification corresponding to the generation rule is fetched. When plural pieces of specification corresponding to the generation rule exist, the program specification extraction part 20 detects the existence of unused program specification, and informs it to the part 18. The part 18 applies the same generation rule on the unused program specification by receiving a report from the part 20, and generates a new program source code 11. When no unused program specification exists, the next program generation is executed. In such a manner, it is possible to generate the similar program source code corresponding to the program specification repeatedly.
