PURPOSE:To obtain the bleaching bath for the silver halide color photographic sensitive material which allows a rapid and stable low replenishment processing by incorporating a specific ferric complex salt of an org. acid as an oxidizing agent for bleaching image silver into the bleaching bath. CONSTITUTION:The ferric complex salt of the compd. expressed by formula I or formula II is incorporated into 50% of the ferric complex salt of the org. acid in the bleaching bath and at least 0.1mol/l acetic acid or acetate is incorporated into this bleaching bath; in addition, the pH is adjusted to 2.0 to 5.5. In formulas I, II, A1 to A4 denote -CH2OH, -COOM or -PO3M1M2; M, M1, M2 respectively denote a hydrogen atom, sodium atom, etc., potassium atom or ammonium group; X denotes 3 to 6C substd. or unsubstd. alkylene group. In formula II, n denotes 1 to 8 integer.
