DARK COLORING OF POLYESTER YARN

摘要

PURPOSE:To darken polyester yarn without lowering durability and fastness by treating polyester yarn having a sheath part and a core part comprising different polyester components with low-temperature plasma. CONSTITUTION:Polyester yarn having a sheath part and a core part having different components, respectively is formed. Then the polyester yarn is subjected to low-temperature plasma processing. The ratio of the sheath part and the core part is preferably 5-80wt.%, especially 10-60%. The interfacial boundary between the sheath part and the core part is preferably rough and effects of low-temperature plasma treatment is enlarged by adding or sticking fine particles (preferably <=0.1mum average particle diameter) to the sheath part.
