<p>PURPOSE: To adjust partial pressure ratio to a specified value by changing, at will, interval between an electrode inserted in an insulator of limited conductivity and the insulator end part. CONSTITUTION: Relating to a socket 5 area, an electrode 25 integrated into an insulator 20 is provided inside the lateral cross section of the insulator 20. An assistance insulator 11 indicates a specified ohm resistance value. At that time, a partial resistance R1 between metal connection elements 12 and 13 and the connection element 13, a metal coating 18, a metal plate 16, or a resistance R2 to an adjoining end surface 23 contacting through a supporting member, is formed. Here, a resistance value ratio between the resistor R1 and R2 decides a partial pressure ratio. Therefore, an in-operation voltage applied to the resistor R2 is decided. In this case, the electrode 25 is conductive- connected to the connection element 13. The electrode 25, based on a specified geographical position, causes a partial pressure ratio from a resistance value set accordingly.</p> |
