<p>PURPOSE:To improve durability by providing two members which are brought into contact with each other and adapted to slide, forming at least the sliding surface portion of one member by an aluminium alloy where only eutectic silicon is disposed as hard particles and forming at least one sliding surface of the other member by fluororesin where carbon fiber and calcium compound are dispersed. CONSTITUTION:A sliding surface portion of one member is formed by an aluminium alloy where silicon composed of eutectic silicon only is dispersed as hard particles, and a sliding surface portion of the other member is formed by dispersing calcium compound in fluororesin where carbon fiber is dispersed. Thus, the calcium compound reduces the attacking property of carbon fiber for the aluminium alloy, so that the sliding surface portions are hard to wear away. Further, the calcium compound retains lubricating oil to act as a lubricant, so that sliding resistance between both members is reduced. Accordingly, the wear-resistance of both members is improved so as to improve durability.</p> |
