PURPOSE:To decrease electric power and to improve safety by outputting that a sucking part is separated from a cleaning surface to a control means by a detector which executes detection by using an acoustic wave or a light and stopping or decelerating one of a motor-driven air blower and a motor at least by this control means. CONSTITUTION:When a remote switch 22 provided on a flexible hose 7 is positioned to 'automation', the detector 26 provided on a floor brush 1, a light emitting element 23 and a light receiving element 24 start operation. Since the acoustic wave of an acoustic wave generator 26a in the detector 26 is not received by an acoustic wave receiver 26b when the floor brush 1 is separated from a floor surface, such a condition is outputted to a control means 27 by the acoustic wave receiver 26b. After the control means 27 counts the output for a fixed time, the means 27 outputs it to a power control circuit 15 and stops the operation of a motor-driven air blower 10 and a motor 3. Such a control pattern is counted by the control means 27 for the fixed time and after that, the power control circuit 15 is switched. Then, it is also available to decelerate one of the motor-driven air blower 10 and motor 2. |
