PURPOSE:To secure safety by making pressure out of a pressure source guidable to a wheel brake by way of a throttling passage, when a spool is suck fast at a position where brake fluid does not flow into the wheel brake from a regular passage. CONSTITUTION:An antilock device exhausts working fluid in a pressure reducing chamber 36 to a reservoir 63 when a solenoid valve 5 is excited and opened at decompression of an antilock, and moves both ends of a spool 32 according to differential pressure, thereby exhausting working fluid in a wheel brake 4 to the reservoir 63 for decompression. In this case, at an interval between an outlet 31b and exhaust port 31c, there is provided with a passage 37 with a throttle 37a in parallel with a small passage closing part 32c. Then, fluid pressure out of a master cylinder 2 is guided to the outlet 31b by way of an inlet 31a, a passage 31d, an input chamber 35, an orifice 33, the pressure reducing chamber 36, passages 31f, 31e, and the throttle 37a at a time when the spool 32 is stuck fast at a position where both large and small passage closing parts 32b, 32c are closed, whereby the wheel brake 4 is made pressurizable.
