<p>PURPOSE:To easily form a membrane composed of an inorg. compound on an optical disk substrate by immersing the optical disk substrate having conductivity imparted thereto in a micelle electrolyte held to a colloidal state wherein fine particles of the inorg. compound are surrounded by a surfactant to perform micelle electrolysis. CONSTITUTION:An optical disk substrate 1 is a PC substrate prepared by injec tion molding and an ITO (indium-tin oxide) film 2 is formed to the group surface of said substrate by a sputtering method in order to impart conductivity to the substrate. Next, this substrate is immersed in a micelle electrolyte held to a colloidal state wherein fine particles of a Pb-Te-Se compound are surrounded by a surfactant and voltage is applied between the substrate and a platinum plate being a cathode and a Pb-Te-Se film 3 is formed to the surface of the optical disk substrate by micelle electrolysis. Two optical disks thus prepared are laminated through a spacer 4 to form a double-sided optical disk. As mentioned above, a membrane composed of an inorg. compound type optical recording material can be easily formed.</p> |
