PURPOSE:To facilitate tuning by performing opening of No.1 orifice with large resistance and closing of No.2 orifice simultaneously when a piston rod is elongated, and by carrying out opening of No.2 orifice with small resistance and closing of No.1 orifice when the piston rod is contracted. CONSTITUTION:When a piston rod 10 is elongated, i.e. at the time of the door being opened, No.1 orifice 19 is opened while No.2 orifice 20 closed. When the piston rod 10 is contracted, on the other hand, i.e. at the time of the door being closed, the No.2 orifice 20 is opened while No.1 orifice 19 closed. This enlarges the damping force when the back door 4 is opened to prevent abrupt hopping-up, and also lessens the damping force when the back door 4 is closed to reduce the maneuvering force and quicken the closing speed. As the orifice 19 is formed independent from the other 20, the tuning can be done easily. |
