PURPOSE:To laminate a plurality of boards without generating positional shift by a method wherein the lower half parts of the pins on a press die are set to the same diameter parts and the upper half parts thereof are formed into sharp guide parts and air nozzles for levitating a raw sheet are provided so as to face to the outer periphery of the press die. CONSTITUTION:The pins 8 provided at four corners of the lower die 6 of a press die are formed into the same diameter parts 9 until raw sheets 2 are laminated up to a definite thickness and the upper parts thereof are set to sharp guide parts 10. Air nozzles 11 are arranged so as to face to the outer periphery of the lower die 6 of the press die. The positioning holes 3 of the raw sheets 4 are loosely fitted to the guide parts 10 of the pins 8 while the raw sheets 2 are levitated by blowing air toward the center of the lower die 6 from the air nozzles 11. When air is gradually weakened in such a state that the raw sheets 2 are levitated in a horizontal state, a plurality of the raw sheets 2 gradually fall to be correctly laminated without receiving damage. In order to allow the raw sheets 2 to fall, the air nozzles 11 may be allowed to slowly fall other than that air is gradually weakened. |
