<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hour for preparing a multimedia document by preparing the multimedia document in such a way that displaying data are edited by making access to each computer through key data of a keyboard and multiple windows are controlled by instructions from a mouse. CONSTITUTION:Access is made to plural computer 1 and 2 from one keyboard 7 and instructions are given to the computers 1 and 2. Editing processes are performed on each picture by storing video output signals of displaying data outputted from each computer 1 and 2 in a bit map memory 5 after A/D conversion and each displaying data in a memory 11 for display in a multi-window form. Then a multimedia document is prepared by controlling multiple windows by means of instructions from a mouse 8. Therefore, the multimedia document can be prepared with a less number of processes irrespective of data forms and kinds of devices.</p> |
